Appointments are made by the liaison officer to speak with patients prior to procedure. Appointments may be face-to-face or by telephone.
Face-to-face appointments are located in Theatre/Day Surgery Unit Kerang Hospital - Burgoyne Street Kerang. Please ring the doorbell.
Services:
- During your appointment you will be required to inform the Pre-Admission Clinic Nurse about your health, discuss your pre and post-operative expectations and provide you with information regarding services available to you after your discharge from hospital.
- The information gained at the Pre-Admission Clinic will assist us in coordinating the best possible care for you as an individual.
- If you have any questions about your surgery or your stay at Kerang District Health Service, please write them down to ask during your pre-admission appointment.
- Please feel free to bring along a family member or support person to your pre-admission clinic appointment if needed.
