On behalf of the Board and Executive, it is a pleasure to launch the 2029 Strategic Plan for KDH.

This Strategic Plan reflects extensive staff and community consultation and provides clear vision for our future.

It positions Kerang District Health as a trusted, high-performing rural health service delivering integrated, coordinated care across acute, aged care, community and primary health services.

Our purpose remains simple and powerful – to improve the health and wellbeing of the Gannawarra community.

Delivering accessible, safe, high-quality and culturally safe care

Known for strong integration and coordinated care

Supported by an engaged, capable and sustainable workforce

Working effectively with partners across the health system

Financially and operationally sustainable into the future.

We look forward to bringing the plan to life over the next three years.
