On behalf of the Board of Directors, I am happy to announce that KDH has a new 12 month Strategic Plan that will carry us forward until 30 June 2026.

The 2025 – 2026 Strategic Plan will come into effect on 1 July 2025.

Thank you for those who provided valuable feedback during the consultation phase.

There has been a thorough review process taking into account consultation feedback from staff, community and external key stakeholders along with alignment with Network and Department priorities.

Later this year, the KDH Board will look to appoint an external consultant to undertake a more comprehensive strategic planning process for a longer 3-5 year plan.  This will include more thorough consultation with staff, community and Network partners.
